Zumba
This class combines learning an edgy, fresh,
powerful urban dance style with a fitness
Bootcamp warmup, ending with showing off
your moves to the fun, rhythmic and strong
beats of Hip Hop music
Hip Hop
Some beginner ballet barre, core,
strengthening and stretch. Utilizing a
railing or chairs to hold onto.
Barre
Essentially a spiritual discipline based
on an extremely subtle science, which focuses
on bringing harmony between mind and body.
This class includes breath control, simple
meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily
postures for health and relaxation.
Yoga
This class is geared towards those
who want to try a class on paddleboard.
It combines a brief SUP lesson as well
as a full body workout of balance, core,
strengthening and stretch by the shore.
Paddleboard FIT
This Amazingly Fun, Non Stop, High Energy
Dance Class combines Zumba, Hip Hop, Caribbean,
Jazz and Club moves for the Ultimate
Cardio Workout to Pumpin’ music!
Dance Cardio
This Fusion class combines Yoga fundamentals
and poses with ballet, Jazz and African dance moves
to achieve the strength and flexibility of yoga
and the style, grace and coordination of dance.
YogaVIBE
This class is a mix of cardio, strengthening,
core and FUN dynamic moves with water weights
and the resistance of the water while
having a blast and making a slash
in the pool or ocean!
Aqua Fitness
Same as our land Barre Class using
side of the pool and water weights
Pool Barre Fit
Stand Up Paddleboard yoga, combines yoga poses
with a variation of stand-up paddleboard surfing.
The sport incorporates hatha and vinyasa poses
on a 10 to 12-foot paddleboard. It is practiced
on a calm body of water such as the bay.
The practice may require different alignments than on solid
earth because the board is continually moving.
SUP Yoga
Same as Zumba but the dance and
fitness moves are geared for the water. It’s a
PARTY in the pool or ocean!

Meet the Creator

Margot McCray Gough is excited to share her expertise, knowledge, passion and love of Fitness and Dance with you. Margot has performed with many Recording Artists and has been featured on major Broadcast networks.

Margot is a former NBA NJ Nets Dance Team Member as well as a Yoga, Zumba, Zumba Gold & African Dance Revolution Certified Instructor.

Margot was a Dance Major at SUNY Purchase Dance Conservatory and has a BA in Communications Studies with a Dance Minor at Montclair State University. She is an internationally renowned Fitness and Dance instructor at highly acclaimed resorts.

What to pack for your Session:
  • Water. Be sure to stay hydrated for session.
  • Towels. Stay dry!
  • Reef-safe sunblock
  • SPF shirts and hats
  • Water shoes (optional)
  • Water proof bag/cases (optional)
FAQ's

As soon as possible to get date and time you want for your class or classes.

Classes are typically 1hr except Paddleboard classes run 1 & 1/2 hours. If you would like any of the classes to be longer, it is an up charge.

Weather is nicest for outdoor classes from November to early May. But anytime of year is ok to book. Hurricane season is June through October normally is St. Thomas.

If there is no indoor option for class and weather is unbearable or unsafe, we can reschedule the class or hold credit for 1yr to rebook. A refund is only given under certain circumstances. These circumstances must be approved by the owner of Fit Vibe Vi.

If you cancel 72 hours before actual class day, you will get full refund. If you cancel in less than 72 hours or do not show up to class, you will be charged to your credit card from the reservation full amount of session or sessions. If you have extenuating circumstances, we will give full refund.
